Decoy Bookstore is a locally-owned bookstore in North East, MD selling new books as well as gifts and accessories. We focus on nature-based books to reflect our location at the top of the Chesapeake Bay but carry fiction and non-fiction books for all ages! Our logo was born out of a desire to reflect our hunting heritage in our family and in our gorgeous, waterfront location. With five local rivers, numerous ponds, and the Susquehanna Flats, an important part of the Atlantic Flyway, bird-hunting is of particular importance in our area.

We opened our brick and mortar location inside West Street Village on Main Street in North East on March 7, 2026. Also find us at local events and festivals in 2026.
